This has to be the worst McDonalds service wise I have ever witnessed in my life. I typically go here on my lunch break and always use the drive through. 90% of the employees barely say thank you, you’re welcome, sometimes they say nothing at all. I’ve pulled up to the payment window to see employees on their phone not even acknowledging that I’m there, then when they realize they just stick the debit machine out in through my car window. Today I went there, when I got to the window to get my order the lady proceeded to hand me my items on a tray looking thing after me asking for a bag. She didn’t apologize she just took everything off the tray and stuffed it in the bag and failed to add the...
This McDonald’s is a disgrace! full of drug addict and homeless people. It’s disgusting and scary. I came here with my senior father for lunch. across from us was a guy shooting up heroin and smoking crack. And homeless people drinking with their mouths on the pop dispenser.This is not a safe McDonald’s. Also, food never comes out on time. Always slow !! In the drive-through always have To wait to get the food outside of the drive-through.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly. If you like your kids playing with druggies and needles, this is where you need to go.
This restaurant is terrible! They frequently forget items from your order, and the food is often cold and unappetizing by the time it arrives. Even when you do receive your food, they may forget to include side gravy or extra sauces you requested. It's frustrating that the workers don't pay attention to the orders and ensure that everything we paid for is included. If you pay for extra sauce or lettuce, it should be in your burger. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location.
Why do they call themselves “fast food restaurant?”Went through the drive through. Order 1 Mac chicken meal. Was asked to wait in the parking lot and that they would bring the food out. Have been waiting for the last 15 mins, no sign of food. It wasn’t this bad. Why don’t they just give you food at the window like before. What happened to their service?

Anytime I order anything in the drive-thru all I'm given is my beverage and I'm asked to go wait in the parking lot for my food items (I usually just order 1 or 2 mcdoubles) and last time I was there I was asked to move to the parking lot there was no one behind me! Like who am I holding up? Figure it out......the worst McDonald's in the city
Worst McDonalds anyone could ever go to. Takes 20 min to get even a tiny order even after you have waited forever in the drive thru. They literally get every customer to park and have a poor girl wander around and try to find you to match your order. So much for fast food. Worst McDonalds there is.
The food at this restaurant is consistently good. However, I am not a fan of the excessive focus on the drive-through customers at the expense of those dining in the store. I understand that drive-throughs are a priority, but sometimes it feels like too much attention is given to them.
This is the poorest run McDonalds in the city. I've consistently had terrible experiences here. My orders are more than often incorrect and nearly every drive thru visit I'm asked to wait out front (most likely so they can cheat the wait times reported to corporate).

This McDonald's is definitely the worst in the city. The service is consistently terrible and the quality of the food is horrible. I've been here at least 7 times and they never fail to disappoint. Shake my head!
