This is the closest McD 's to my house and unfortunately has been consistently subpar for decades. With the exception of tonight 's burger, the food has never been bad. Tonight 's burger was greasy and sloppy but it was 3:55am and I 'm sure they were rushing to switch over to breakfast. The issue here seems to have always been the lack of training which I blame on upper management and the owner. I 've spoken with him once before. I 'm extremely sympathetic right now due to labor shortages everywhere so this post is a general one not specific to my visit 30 minutes ago. this is my local mcdonald?s.. and it?s really a shame. it is by far the worst mcdonald?s in this area. when i say staff hardly speak any english i mean it. i don?t think one of their staff members is fluent. the people who work the drive through can hardly communicate and often get orders wrong. and i?ve been coming here for years. they frequently forget to salt their fries and their ice cream machine has been broken for the better part of this year. speaking of which it is broken today. they never have someone working register, and when they do it is always a rude lady who clearly doesn?t want to be there. on top of all of this the floors are always sticky and the tables are never cleaned....
Food is alright. Service is ABYSMAL!! Every time I order I stand at the front for several minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me all the while I can see my completed order just sitting behind the counter. I know they are busy but I’ve stood there long enough to know that if they would just acknowledge me I could get my order and they could get on to whatever it is they have to do much faster. The ladies here are awesome! Especially Yecenia, Obelys, and Demary. They are always friendly and professional every time I go in. I am there every day for my morning iced coffee, and I am never disappointed. I?ve been coming here for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the service here is consistently good. I was shocked to see their rating, but it goes to show that people are more likely to leave a review when they are upset.

This is THE best McDonald's in the North Arlington, VA area. The sense of pride, good service and efficiency is clearly and consistently evident whether walking in or driving through. The owner(s) and managers seem to provide a great example for what is clearly an inspired staff.
I have been ordering from this particular McDonald's every day, specifically because they usually fill my order with extra ice. However, lately when I ask for extra ice, I have been receiving less than half a cup. Where is my extra ice?
I am amazed at how thin the beef patties are in the Big Mac! I live only 1.8 miles away and the fries were a mix of half burnt (old and refried) and half super soggy.
Wish I could give this a zero! McDonald's should be illegal! The salt and sugar Amount in any piece of food is overkill and will definitely kill you
