Purchased a 20 piece chicken nuggets on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at store #26050 in Stouffville, Ontario. Main St. and Sandiford Dr. location. Nuggets were cold and hard as we were checking / pulling away from the drive though window. Had no time to go back ~ it's called fast food for a reason! Threw it in the garbage. Hope the animals that find it don't die. Really disappointed again. This is the third time this has happened with our food on a Saturday afternoon. We've also had brown lettuce and cold sandwiches. I had a breakfast coupon for two people for $8.49 which was supposed to include coffee. I asked if I could have hot chocolate instead and also ordered three small donuts. However, when I received the bill, I was charged $15.93. When I questioned this, the server informed me that I was charged regular price for the hot chocolate, which turned out to be lukewarm and tasted like colored water. I spoke to a manager who agreed to reimburse me $3, but when she processed the refund, she only gave me $3 instead of the full amount of $3.89. I was not given an explanation for this discrepancy.
Went in on early morning on McHappy Day and waited forever just to get service. She was so unimpressed and gave me the wrong order. (No one was even in the restaurant. ) I tired to get her attention to fix it but she was hiding in the back. I won't be returning to this location. Not the first time I have had miserable unhappy service
This is a busy one. For breakfast, you see seniors gathering around tables, chatting and eating, sipping their coffee. Service is fast enough and staff are friendly. No play place. Clean and modern. Offers drive-thru as well.

I used to enjoy McDonald's, but the fries and Big Macs tasted like cardboard at this location. I do not recommend going here, as it is the worst McDonald's in Ontario. It is absolutely garbage.
