firstly they insisted I use the electronic screen to order instead of taking my order when standing at their ready to order. then my quarter pounder sat in the holding area for 5 minutes. add to this the fries were cold and look like they...had been sitting for a long time. the manager doesn't know how to deal with staff. if he spoke to me or my daughter how he was talking to the young girl I would give him a few truths. His behaviour was bordering on bullying. I won't be back for this poor service.
One of the worst maccas I've been to. Been a number of times, drive thrums shocking, they get your order wrong constantly, no customer service to speak of and food is worse than other McDonald's.Dining in is marginally better. Regularly need to ask for tables to be cleaned, but service is better and playground good for the younger ones.All up - better to go find another maccas, there are three more within a 10 minute radius.
After a medical appointment at a nearby Medical Centre I dropped in for a small light breakfast.Store is clean and modern and service was quite prompt. Certainly more organised than the nearby Hungry Jacks.I tried the mighty muffin which is described as "Two rashers of bacon, egg, cheese and a sausage patty on an English muffin."At less than $5 was filling and satisfied my morning hunger.
This restaurant was absolutely terrible. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my food, only to receive it cold. My order was wrong, with a burger missing the toppings and another with bites taken out of it. I was charged extra for an upscale option that was never given. The staff were rude and did not care about the quality of the food or customer service. I even had to argue with the manager.

We went through the drive-thru and the ordering process was smooth. Our food was ready in no time! My friend enjoyed a delicious coffee double cheeseburger. I had a perfectly cooked hushbrown and egg bacon muffin, not burnt at all! Overall, everything was excellent. It was definitely one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant!
There isn't much to say here except that this place is really terrible. The food is bad, the service is bad, but at least it's the best option on this street for a quick meal. If you live nearby, it might be your only choice, but you're better off going to the supermarket or other shops on Ballarat Road for better quality food.

They have great food options for everyone a new play area for the kids store inside is very clean and the staff are very helpful store is good for families or alone

Ordered raisin toast for breakfast and it came back barely toasted semi warm and semi fresh, just edible.
