mcdonalds waitara is the worst macdonald’s restaurant in Australia. they are so bad that mcdonalds hq should strip off the franchise sector of their company. in two places I have ordered and both paintings arrived only a part of the order. what came was cold, tasteless, and soggy the ultimate insulting the original injury. when I sued the restaurant, the manager told me that unfortunately they let young people work there and it is their first job and make many mistakes. not my problem, pedro. they work in a globally established chain with an established brand and product offer. if they can't live to the brand promises, they hand over the draw to someone who can actually lead a fast eating ou...
Unusual fact: the staff at this restaurant has never added bacon to a burger when asked, at least not for me or my sons. After consistently ignoring this request, I felt I needed to mention it. It makes me wonder how long this has been happening to us (years) and if we are the only ones affected. It's frustrating to think about how much money the restaurant could be losing by not fulfilling customer requests. The restaurant itself is fine, with good service and cleanliness, similar to other McDonald's locations. However, the ongoing bacon issue is quite baffling.
I had a great experience at this McDonald's drive-thru. The service was fast and efficient. The burgers and toasted sandwiches were delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. Young Sam assisted me with my order and was incredibly polite and helpful, with a big smile on his face that made me smile too. Thank you, Sam, for providing excellent customer service. Your restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star review.
The food was delicious and convenient with a drive-thru option. The staff seemed young, but it wasn't a problem since they are inexpensive to hire. There was a slight incident where they chuckled at my request for honey, which I found a bit insensitive, but I understood it may have been an unusual order.
