Mcdonald's - Table reservation

manager zach is rude. I ordered eating online on the app and send my sister to pick it up, not to realize that she had to have my phone. she called there and spoke to zack and gave him the number and told him she was there. He said he couldn't find her in this order in the system and that the only thing that can be done with her to come home and get my phone and bring it back. he was very rude on the phone when I asked about his name, he said zack and when I asked about his last name, he said I will not give them that. I'm not sure how to become people like the manager. I guess everybody's desperate for employees now.

I ordered on the mobile app and sent my sister to pick her up. I didn't know she had to have my phone. When I tried to check them on my phone, I wouldn't allow myself to do this. I cried and spoke to two managers there patty and zack, both of whom told me there was nothing that could be done except that my sister would return to home and pick up my phone and then return to mcdonalds to get the food. that doesn't make sense, and I don't believe it, and zack, was very rude on the phone.

wekiva springs was earlier our way, to now it is just like any almost food place that doesn't care...stop setting the title teenagers who aren't care and who are rude and bring down our whole area! only 30 minutes in the drive through for a chicken sandwich ridiculous!

I was in the drive for 17 minutes. No further check required. that is slow eating not fast eating. probably the slowest franchise in the bigger Orlando area

Drive thru Breakfast Platter is Delicious, Fresh, Hot including Famous Hash Brown, Egg Sausage Biscuit, Pancakes! YUM!
