I ordered 2 Big Mac meals, one for myself and one for my wife. We live only a 2 minute drive from the restaurant so we decided to take the meals home instead of dining in. After giving my wife her meal, I started on mine and noticed that my Big Mac looked a bit thin. Upon further inspection, I realized that it was missing one of the beef burgers. I planned to return it but decided to eat my fries first to avoid them getting cold. However, the fries were barely warm, but I ate them anyway due to hunger. My wife also mentioned that her meal was not very warm, but she ate it as well. I went back to the restaurant and they replaced both meals, which were correct this time, but the food was still...
I hate the McApp, it’s truly dreadful, but what’s worse is that the staff still seem mystified by how it works. I arrive at the restaurant having placed my order via the app opt to pick up via the drive thru. I get a code which I quote to the member of staff at the speaker. I’m told to drive to the collection point. I get there the girl is confused as my order is not on the screen. Rather than talk to someone I’m told I have to drive round again!??? Seriously? Stupidly I do then get stuck in a queue of 6 cars which takes almost 10 minutes to get back to the collection window. I don’t receive an apology just a “oh hey”. Great job McDonalds. Idiots.
Placed order on drive thru. My husband had chicken legend, thin piece of chicken soggy fries, I had fillet of fish, well, its been a while, but I used to love this fish in a bun! I was shocked at the size, the bun must have been frozen and defrosted in microwave too long, it was like eating a hard tuff piece of something!! disgusting, my fries were soggy too and to top it off it was not very warm. Coffee was ok but even that wasn't as hot as it usually is,needsome staff training we didn't get the correct sauces either Wont be rushing back to this McDonald's branch.
Used click and serve to place my order, parked at bay number 5. My food took a very long time to be made and brought out, and when it was eventually brought to us by a young girl with dark hair, she was miserable and walked really slowly. Our order was wrong, and when I asked her for sauce, she walked off shaking her head. Girl has a major attitude problem!!! She didn’t bring us any napkins, or check if we needed anything else, and I had to shout to her to get her attention. When it was time to eat, it was cold, and soggy. Book a table now
The first time I’ve ever visited a fast food restaurant and the meal actually looked like the adverts! 2 lovely and hot, well made Big Mac and fries Restaurant sparking clean and so Covid conscious, with a friendly face on the door making sure that we all checked in for track and trace We were sure to tell the manager that we were delighted and will definitely be returning..... when diet allows
Went there for breakfast and there was a short and curly hair on my hash brown!..... absolutely disgusting. So dirty and the staff look like they were just dropped off in a spaceship ..... no idea what the hell they are doing. There are plenty of other Mc Donald’s that are very clean and the staff are good at their job...... this one though..... disgusting!
I used to drive through the restaurant every Saturday morning with my daughter for breakfast. However, we have stopped going because they consistently get our order wrong. If you decide to go inside, the staff will ignore you if they see that you have been waiting for a long time. It is a terrible place. Avoid it at all costs!
Just visited McDonald’s on Northfield Avenue Kettering (23rd March 2020) to collect my free meal as a worker at NHS as unfortunately closing today due to Coronavirus. All the staff were very professional even though it would be there last day at work. Looking forward to the re-opening hopefully not to far in the future Book a table now
This McDonald's location in Kettering is top-notch. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is hot, crispy, and delicious. It's the perfect spot to grab a quick meal or snack.
