Went through drive through at 12:00 am lady on speaker told me to hold on and I was the last person in line up understandably. Waiting 15 minutes to order meanwhile a bunch of cars pull up and she began taking their order instead of mine when I was first in line. Then we she comes to my speaker i asked her about it and she bluntly lied saying he was there first like I didn’t just witness him pulling up and being served before me. Anyways long story short I waited over 45 minutes for my food for her to tell me it’s normal no apologies nothing but pure attitude! Also once I got home I noticed she didn’t even give my receipt. I put in an order online for a combo mcgriddle with a vanilla chai, but they forgot my drink. Tried to call twice, no one answered. Had to go back to the store, but was met with an unpleasant manager who did not even look us in the eye or give us an apology for her mistake. She did not even want to give it to us because of her doubts. We went back only 5-10 minutes later than when we left.Note that the manager at 7am that has a tattooed right arm is rude and not trustworthy. I did not even get a receipt for my order. Had to show my order history.
OMG BEST SERVICE EVER!IVE BEEN VISITING THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND OMG IVE NEVER GOTTEN A SERVICE LIKE THIS! I was served by a young man who I believe his name is Nicholas, he’s the manager. I was in a rush, and I ordered a bunch of food for my starving family at home who just came back from a hockey game. I asked Nicholas to rush my 45$ order and believe it or not it was ready in less than 3 minutes. Give this man a raise!!! And hire more people like him! ????

I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich with a poutine and a quarter pounder BLT. The only thing that was somewhat good was the chicken sandwich. The poutine was terrible and the quarter pounder was disgustingly soggy, with questionable cooking of the meat. I ended up throwing both the poutine and quarter pounder in the trash, feeling like I wasted $25. I didn't bother driving back to complain because it simply wasn't worth it.
The service staff had difficulty speaking French and were unable to explain how the McDonald's app works. They also couldn't tell me the total amount of my order in French. Unfortunately, the food was served cold, which was disappointing, especially for fries and hamburgers. Cold food is never fun to have.
The restaurant is pricey; ordering 2 trios with 2 extra cheeseburgers cost $32. Despite the cost, the Big Mac and fries are always delicious and worth the occasional splurge. However, the prices are a bit high - a family of five would need to break the bank to dine there.
Update sept 17 3 times in a row, they have served ice cold pancakes. They don’t seem to care, or learn from their mistakes.The worst location. Do not go there
