The food was ok, the burger didn't look really great (but it tasted nice and that's the most important), and seeing as my boyfriend had already eaten the same burger from a different outlet the other day (we are not addicts I promise) then he knew it looked different and kind of squished. The chips were fresh although I preferred them the other day too not sure why. The restaurant itself seemed ok but there was no staff on the floor so there was a dirty tray lying around and crumbs everywhere, only staff behind the counter and although the girl who served us wasn't exactly rude, and she did swap the sauce like I asked, she didn't even really speak to us let alone smile. Ho mangiato in questo letamaio il 18 giugno 2016 alle ore 19.48 ( dati presi dallo scontrino).Locale sporchissimo, lavoranti non curanti delle regole BASILARI dell'igiene. Scrivono, fanno cassa, poi preparano i panini, senza lavarsi le mani.Siamo saliti al piano superiore per cenare, ho addentato il mio cheese burgher, e ho desistito, sono dovuta uscire per l'odore nauseante che sentivo. Mio marito prima di seguirmi ha guardato sotto il tavolo, trovandoci un'esca per topi ed i relativi escrementi.Sto cercando disperatamente di fare un reclamo ufficiale ala sede del Mac Donald's. Terrificante!!!
Horrible. We went on a slow afternoon, with just a few customers. The employees weren't busy, but only wanted to talk among themselves as opposed to doing their job. What made this place horrible was the bathrooms. They hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The floor was covered in urine and it was streaming out to the main room. There was toilet paper everywhere. The dining room smelled like urine. It was the worst bathroom I've seen in a very long time. If you have free bathrooms, then clean them once in while. If you can't handle that, then charge people to use them and have an attendant.
Zijn hier geweest om een menu te eten. Frieten waren koud, we kregen maar 2 zakjes saus (we waren met drieën), sla op de McChicken was verlept... Service was bovendien alles behalve vriendelijk. Toen even naar het toilet geweest, hier was het allemaal nog erger. Urine, tampons op de vloer. Geen wc-papier op het damestoilet, heren-wc kon niet op slot. Kortom: hier komen we nooit meer. Mai visto un Mc cosi penoso, tavoli rotti, divani divelti con pezzi di legno che escono fuori, carta igienica "usata" sparsa tra i tavoli e i bagni... sicuramente il quartiere dove e posizionato non aiuta, ma è un vero schifo!Mai trovato un Mc cosi disastrato neanche in nazioni piu povere o in paesi dell europa dell Est.
Ci siamo imbattuti in questo Mc donald's per caso ma sicuramente se torneremo a Parigi non ci verremmo più. Personale che non conosce l'inglese, si è sbagliato a darci cose le cose sbagliate, non aveva nulla di scelta, tavoli sporchi e nel bagno non entrato vista la situazione. Sconsiglio chiunque ad andare in questo Mc.
Ci trova tutto quello che offre qualsiasi McDonald, un pò più costoso rispetto ai ristoranti in Italia, ritengo però veramente eccessivo il prezzo di una bottiglia da mezzo litro di acqua: euro 2,90!!!

L'un des Mc Do les plus mal tenus dans Paris. Hygiène limite, sol sale, service trop long, etc ... A éviter !
