I go to this McDonalds from time to time as it's pretty much the only place to eat or get a coffee between Loudeac and where I live nearer to Pontivy. Access is easy just off the main road. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is standard McDonalds stuff, a full menu of snacks, burgers, wraps, salads and sweet things. Coffee is nice. I like the chicken/bacon wrap, and the bacon/egg muffin - generally with a double latte or fresh orange juice. My two complaints are the very overpriced salads which are frankly rubbish for the price paid (a plastic pot full of boring greenery or pasta, with a small amount of meat on top). served cold eating would only change the chips, the young wanted to change the ncnuggets, but the koch d’équipe stopped him. they argued with my wife saying that eating was not cold, agreed that it was tepid certainly not hot. She has completely refused to change everything so that we insisted on a full refund that was given. what trrrible customer service and although they confirm that she was the chef d’équipe, she refused to give her name. terrible.
We occasionally arrive at this macdo which is very well maintained and clean overall. Despite a strong affluence, we do not wait long to be served. The dishes are hot and the smiling staff. They even stopped the waste outside to avoid the invasion of the wasps and that's a very good idea!

Too bad for the time, impossible to enjoy the terrace, it was late, around 21:45 and well served despite everything, but hands dry and not functional. The restaurant is a little difficult to find without GPS.
Family of 5, we have regularly come by car for 4 years. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Orders prepared quickly despite strong affluence. Too bad the Royal Deluxe is no longer on the card. See you.
Rapide, pas toujours très propre, accueilli d'une manière peu souriante, le personnel est non seulement peu motivé, mais peu armé aussi pour proposer des mets raffinés !!!

French macdonalds seem better than those in Britain! Maybe because they are still relatiw new'? this in loudeac is clean, had a lot of parking and good Wi-Fi and coffee.
