McDonald's - Table reservation

Smaller then before the Renos, and more disorganized. Took away the refill station and won't do drink refills at the counter, said this was the new store policy. The young employee actually told me they never gave out refills people just took them. Which I told him every McDonald's I've been to in my lifetime had free refills.Plus I ordered two cones and because I didn't order them on the app it was double the price.I'm not coming back to this one again. So many better options with better service.

Always screw up the most expensive part of the order. For example I got a double quarter pounder blt and 2 mcdoubles and a small fry. Got everything else right but they only gave me a regular double quarter pounder and it was still mostly pink too... and last time I ordered the same and got a regular quarter pounder. These guys can't cook food or take an order if their life depends on it!

I am more than annoyed that we had yo wait for over 15 min for our food. Some people were waiting 20 min and still havent had it started. They keep throwing food out the drive thru and delivery orders but apparently walk in/dine in customers arent worth the time. It is appaling. I am from out of town and I will not be coming back here when I come visit.

They made our order incorrectly three times before they finally got it right. This is ridiculous customer service. The management here sucks, and the managers are rude. They should have given us a refund or coupons to make up for the hassle. For anyone reading this review, avoid this location if possible.

It took forever! Gracious was more concerned about what was going on behind her than the customers in front of her. The washrooms were absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even bring myself to use the facilities. I won’t be back anytime
