Bad attitude from the cashier at the drive through. KS#13, date today (April 20th, 2022 at 7:32am. She sat there and took my contactless payment and then stared at me for not moving forward when the car in front of me proceeded to move. (Like are you stupid? were her thoughts. Then she said “you can pull up.” I said “where’s my receipt?” And she yanked it from the receipt machine and aggressively handed it over all while she was taking more orders at the drive through and assembling happy meal boxes. Lady, get a new job if you hate customers that much or your attitude sucks that much. It may be McDonald’s but your attitude is what drives businesses to the ground. Have some manners and respec...
Hard working good people especially the female manager. Call ahead for certain things and she always ensures it is available. Lots of people complain about fast food but in perspective....... it 's fast food it 's not gonna always be perfect but realize they have a job to do and work very hard. So promote positive vibes regardless of your bad experience becaue your burger had to many onions or whatever it may be Grow up and stop the entitlement spoiled immaturity
I used the app to order food but when I arrived at the restaurant, the app didn't recognize that I was there. I was instructed to inform the staff of my order number so they could assist me. However, the staff advised me not to use the app as they believed I would not receive my order. The manager refused to help me and even told me to leave. This kind of customer service is unacceptable for a manager. I would give this restaurant no stars if it were possible.
I attempted to pay in coins and got sass from the cashier. Unfortunately it is all the money I have. Promptly cancelled my whole $2.18 order. I'd rather just not eat today than inconvenience these fine folks with my presence and coins. I will never purchase from here again and will discourage others from doing so. I know poor people don't matter to most people, but we really are just trying to eat after a long day.

Got a crispy chicken sandwich and there was pieces of metal all through my chicken. Refused to give me refund. Acted like they didn 't care. I got videos and everything. Made my tongue bleed. Absolutely disgusting. Then get a call from the store owner saying oh it was just pieces of the basket they fried your food in, not a big deal imagine if I fed this to my kids !
Fresh, prepared while you wait, and how you want! The frits are excellent while hot/hot, but taste a little strong when cold. That means McDonald's Pommes are the best when they are eaten fresh! Orders are accurate, fast and served with a smile. Great customer service group in Purcellville.
Sunday afternoon for lunch. Clean furnishings and toilets, open in the dining room and not overcrowded. Ordering via electronic menu card and food preparation and delivery was fast and efficient. Fish sandwiches and pommes were the same quality we expect from McDonald's restaurants.
Always consistent in this place. Yes, a few days the fries could be fresher and the staff could be nicer, but there are 2 employees who are on the older side that dominates the ride thru. The small smile and greeting and enthusiasm makes the transaction so much better!

Eating was very good got the two for $6 a big Mac and a quarter of pork with cheese got it without salt that I knew the burger was fresh.
