I recently visited this McDonald's at the mall for lunch with my grandchildren. We decided to dine in because the drive-thru was very busy. The restaurant was also quite crowded inside. However, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the manager. She was rude, loud, and handled a situation with an employee in a very unprofessional manner. When I had an issue with my order and tried to address it with her, she accused me of not having anything in my pocket at the time. What is it with McDonald's giving you a regular Quarter Pounder when you order a Double Quarter Pounder? Not just at this location but several others have done this to me. This time they even put it in a Double Quarter Pounder box.
