I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It is the worst place I have ever been to. If you go in the morning, be prepared to waste an extra 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I only ordered two coffees at 8 o'clock and was told to move forward while the coffee was brewing. I waited for 20 minutes before the same woman who took my order came and asked what I wanted. When I said I wanted a regular coffee, she asked me angrily to specify if I wanted a small, medium, or large size. I didn't bother asking for cream at this point. After 5 minutes, another woman came and asked if I had ordered food, even though I had only ordered coffee. The first woman returned after another 5 minut...
I spent a good amount of money on drinks, and when I asked for a refill, they turned off all the drink machines in the lobby and informed me that refills aren't allowed. What kind of McDonald's doesn't offer refills? This is something corporate should investigate. They deny all customers refills, stating, "We don't do refills here." This is completely unacceptable.
The customer service at this McDonald's was exceptional, thanks to Bryan, the store manager, and Lynne. This was the best McDonald's I have ever been to! When I placed my order, it was delivered to my car while still hot. Keep up the great work!
Food was hot but fries had no salt and the Hi-C fruit punch had no sugar...I'm not even sure how that is possible. I could get over these things if the wait was short...but no it wasnt.

Best MCD dine-in in a long time. Reminded of the good old days, with cashiers at the ready and snappy, first name service. Good interior design and music, bravo!
