I placed an order through the app and then went to the restaurant to pick it up. After waiting for 5 minutes, I checked if the order had gone through, and they confirmed that it had. However, after waiting another 10 minutes, I still had not received my food. I spoke to a manager who checked and realized that the order had not printed out. He printed it out, gave me a number, and assured me that they were working on it. 8.30 am on the M25 and we decided to stop off here for breakfast. Food was the usual consistent chain type, but edible enough. Service was reasonably fast given the long lines awaiting food, and there was plenty of seating. Value was very good for the area.
Quick meet up with a work colleague who was returning from Folkestone, whilst I was coming from Heathrow Terminal 5. Good amount of parking was available; service was pretty quick and efficient. McPlant and Quarter pounder burgers were all fine.
