The cleanliness of their soda machine nozzles is a problem. I visited a few days ago and found black dirt in my HI-C orange drink. I informed the staff about it and requested a refund for my drinks. Instead, they gave me four Cokes from the back, claiming the dark color made it hard to see any dirt. I ended up giving those drinks away inside the restaurant, but I still haven't received my refund. The food is always fresh and hot, but I won't be buying drinks here again. They really need to soak those soda nozzles in hot, soapy water and bleach—it's just unacceptable.
The employees never acknowledged me at the inside counter. Never said good morning, hold one moment, please.As they prepare meals for the drive through. This is the worst customer service from the McDonald's.I've ever experience.D didn't even get to order fo it because the customer service was not just lacking, but non-existent often.They locked the doors.I assume during open hours so they don't have to deal with inside employees
During my visit, there was no long line, which was surprising for a Saturday night at 7:30pm. The cashier at the first window was unpleasant, but the young man at the pickup window more than compensated for it. He was extremely kind, polite, and friendly.
Notoriously slow and incompetent location. Waited almost 20 min in line for them to tell me they had nothing on my mobile order in stock. Of course no ice cream, that never works . Go somewhere else

My mother and I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. The food upset our stomachs, and we ended up feeling nauseous and vomiting.
Most filthy and disgusting McDonald's I have ever seen. Dirt and grime caked all over the place. Gross!
