So it's 6:30 a.m. in the morning and I just left the drive, as I have to work half an hour early in a nursing home in St-Charles. I told them I came because I wanted to get the older people all the chocolate chip cookie, and I wanted to wrap them up individually, but I would do it myself. I just asked that they were fresh, not yesterday the lady was very nice, she said it only took about two minutes and that they were fresh. the girl at the window that took my order was very polite all the time. 2 orders for the lock at the same time and the second order came out 10 min after the first. they messed up the burger in the first order and the fries were cold and my drink was wrong or so I thought it was in the second. When I came in to tell them that my sweeter tee was just a normal tee, they have him with what they said was sweeter tee, but it tasted nothing like a normal sweeter tee. it wasn't sweet at all. This location is hands down the most fantastic location I have ever visited! The service is exceptional! From manager to cashier, every member of the staff is wonderfully pleasant and puts a smile on my face.I surely hope this is a training center because every McDonald's should be modeled as to how this location is operated and staff taken care of. these are the worst mcdonalds. Previously it was our favorite. it is close to our home, so we have given it several attempts, but every time there is another thing, every time the fries are overcooked. tonight the pommes were as crispy as kartoffel chips, absolutely terrible! then my mcrib, it looked undercooked, the brot was dry, it was cold! When I opened the box, everything I wanted to do was throw it away! I wanted my money back, but I didn't feel like back. Everything is always hot and fresh and the MOD is constantly busting her butt to make sure everyone is doing their part and we get our food. She takes pride in her work and it's much appreciated. That's coming from a doordasher and a customer thank you
The girl working the drive thru window overnight is amazing!. I go there 3-5xs a week for my lunch and she's always so cheerful and friendly. My food is fresh, I get it in a timely manner, and it's always right. Great overnight crew!!
Of all the McDonald's, this one is always packed because they have the 90's style quality of food employee personality. Everyone is nice and takes pride in what they do there.Kid-friendliness: I mean, happy meals, classic mcd's.
