This place really reminds me of a middle school cafeteria food fight in the dining area! Most of the tables were dirty, covered in food and trash, and there were grease smudges all over the tabletops. The floors were also very dirty and neglected. I only gave it 2 stars to avoid feeling sick after having a drink here. However, the night manager, Derek, is fantastic and does a great job keeping the place clean during the late hours.

Unsanitary... When I received my food, I couldn't find a single clean table in the entire place. I asked the manager for a cloth to clean a table myself, and he casually responded that the girl at the counter was on break and would take care of it when she returned. I suppose he noticed my incredulous expression or realized how absurd that sounded, because he then offered to clean a table for me. This store in Aberdeen, there employees CAN NOT get too work on time, always late, instead of opening at 5:00am they open at 5:30am because there employees can not get to work on time. I should not have too sacrifice my breakfast for them being late. If they can’t get to work on time, then maybe they need to find a different career. They are not worth $15.00 dollars an hour. This store needs new management and employees that care about there jobs, because the employees there now sure the hell don’t care about there duties of opening a store on time.

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, orders are always correct, and I have seen them handle difficult customers with professionalism. This Mcdonald's is one of the best I have ever visited. I particularly appreciate the young man with the visor, the young girls at the drive-thru, and the Spanish women at the counter. My daughter loves coming here and we always make it a point to visit. The team at this location is fantastic!
I promised myself I wouldn’t come back after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru. However, it's been a few months, so I decided to give it another chance. This time, I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru with a car behind me and another in the adjacent lane. I eventually decided to go inside and place my order. I ordered at the kiosk at 6:34, and here I am at 6:53 still waiting. I guess I can't really blame anyone but myself for coming back and enduring this wait again.
Today I went through the drive through around 230 pmish and you had a really sweet foreign lady (I couldn’t quite place the accent) who was kinda on the heavier side of place her in her 30s and had dark hair. She was so sweet and patient with me and just incredibly kind and her service was remarkable. I wish I got her name she was amazing. I will also be calling to give a customer compliment ?
The cashier was delightful, humorous and professional. Service was fast. We did drive through. The crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked and rubbery with a grainy crunch. Fries were hot and tasty.
