My only one place to order here when pass by hart highway .Quite disappointed when I placed order morning time .No added sugar for tea !!!!Same day night @8 pm ,repeated order more than 4 or 5 times in drive through.Before pay they ask me to repeat the order ,and did the mistakes again (wrong order .They were not busy during that time and behaviour was not as that good.Then another person Mr.Aiden came to window explain to make an other one ,we said ok no problem because of food waste .I tried to pay the money but they didn’t.Never come back to this location ?
I was charged 90 cents for hot water with my meal. When I brought this up to the manager, she told me there was nothing she could do. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review on Google, she covered her name and ignored me. Is this how McDonald's trains their staff? I believe her name is Pyrienne. Love this McDonald's. Perfect for the kiddos and relaxing for the parents. Separate area for the parents and kids. I've been to many Mc D's across Canada and this is my number 1!Kid-friendliness: The kids loved it! Amazing having a separate area not to disturb other customers.
