Ordered for 3 people the bill was north of 50 bucks...nothing extravagant either. Drive through attendant seemed lost, so I verified the order at the window it was wrong. Told him the corrections, which he changed needed a higher clearance to ok the transaction on the register. He came back at 3 dollars more than the wrong order. I didn't feel like holding up the line any longer, so I just settled. The server gave the dirtiest look when we informed her that we were missing a drink, which I offered to show her on the receipt. But, the food was about average fresh/hot.
I have never experienced such disappointing customer service. My sandwich was cold in the middle, and I never order fries, so I can’t comment on those. The soda machine looked dirty; I noticed a thick, sludgy buildup inside. The ice cream was never firm—it was more like soup. Overall, I can’t say anything positive about this place; I won’t be giving good reviews.
It was early in the evening, and the atmosphere felt somewhat like that of a truck stop. The staff seemed more focused on cleaning the bathrooms than assisting us. However, I do want to mention that wheelchair accessibility was quite good. My friend in a wheelchair found it easy to navigate through the doors, which is a nice feature that many places lack.
Honestly, they weren't busy at all, yet all of our food was cold and stale. I highly recommend staying away from this place. The server who brought our food seemed more focused on vaping than on doing her job. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a better restaurant.

This was a drive thru order and i didnt check it, when I got home it was the wrong order, so frustrating! Come on MickeyD!! At least the employees were courteous. I did call and let them know.
The ares where you get pop was dirty and nasty. They also had a sick employee that was hanging on the plexy glass talking to other employees from the customer side of counter.
