The worst I 've ever been too.Self serve kiosks were down. My family of six were behind a group that turned and told me they had already been waiting 15minutes at least. A few minutes went by and they left. We continued to wait a few more minutes. My husband asked an employee behind the counter if they could take our order, this employee said yeah we will Probably another 5 minutes go by and nothing. People in line behind us left we were going to then someone came to take our order.The place was filthy, every single table was dirty, the fountain drink station was disgusting. Half empty and full cups just sitting out, lids everywhere, no straws, the sweet tea was out, counters covered in soda...
Food good as expected (although in my short time here someone brought back a drink something was terribly wrong with.When order arrived, I asked about drinks and was told I just bring the food, you need to get your own drink . Judging by the gentleman behind me comment who knew and facial expression, I wasn 't the only one found it rude.When a job applicant asked for the manager, it was the same woman who explained something along the lines of shift leader. Maybe a bad day but ...And why ask dine in or carry out when everyone just gets the bag shoved at them without a tray??
I literally got food poisoning from a mosquito. I knew that sandwich looked funny. I guess my understanding was hoping it was just dark without the car being co-managed. bad salate, unaniter mayonnaise. it was a budding child who cursed and try to look cool for the little girl who works there. not a team focus or an upshot. I agree. that is the worst mcdonald’s ever! the mcdonald’s on natural bridge rd in jennings is better than that....and they take at least 20 minutes to get through the line. they turn the headset on their line.
Last 2 times I've been here I've had to clarify my order several times and it was still wrong. It used to not be that bad of a McDonald's but at this point I'll not go back to pay 9 dollars for what used to be 6 dollars and it's the wrong food. I just wanted a couple of double cheeseburgers and a small fry ? Book a table now
My DoorDash delivery driver, Cindy, was the best! She texted me when she was on her way and let me know when she dropped off the food. She was very gracious the entire time. I have been using DoorDash for years and she was the first person to be so amazing.
worst place. it was a bug that was mixed in or crushed in my frappe and was also a small hair strand in it. they could see the wing of the bug in the picture I did. very disgusting will call the company
The chicken is cold, old, dry. They never include napkins. They always get the add ons wrong. They make the DD orders their lowest priority.
Worst mcdonalds. Forgets items with every order. If you want to actually eat what you order, dont order from here. Book a table now
The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns, and biscuit with gravy were all served hot and fresh.
