It's the typical McDonald's experience—nothing out of the ordinary. I had a positive interaction with the cashier who was working alone that night, but the overall atmosphere was concerning. There were quite a few homeless individuals and some rude patrons who were disrespectful to the staff. I didn't feel safe there with my girlfriend during our visit. At one point, a man who appeared to be under the influence started shouting and hurling insults at the poor cashier. Having worked at a McDonald's before, I felt sympathy for her. I would advise caution if you plan to visit in the evening or at night. They really should invest in better security—this applies to every McDonald's, not just this...
This is resto of McDonald's is a standout among the many I've visited. The friendly staff here truly set it apart from other locations. Their exceptional service and warm welcomes make every visit a delightful experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick meal or enjoying some quality time, this McDonald's in Montreal deserves high praise.
The staff made mistakes with our orders. They forgot my sister's burger, and when she went to inform them, they treated her like she was lying or trying to steal. It was really disappointing to encounter such behavior. To make matters worse, one of the staff members scratched her bare stomach and then continued to collect orders!
They didn't get my order right which were two STRAWBERRY milkshakes. They gave me one Vanilla to he other one was Strawberry. But I have to had that their Strawberry Milkshakes are AMAZING, I buy one everyday!Parking: Blocked by the drive through line.
