If you're hours online reflect that you close at then as a customer, myself a several other's shouldn't have be left waiting in drive thru for minutes or more at without anyone greeting us or acknowledging that you've closed early. Then for me to pull around to the window and see employees just standing around talking, and then trying to signal to me that they are closed, is absolutely unacceptable.
Great this McDonald's on airport road area is one good place, I have not had such a good tasting quarter pounder in a pretty long time. Worth taking the trip there more often in the future cause the McDonald's on Flatbush Ave has never served me up such juicy burgers like the at airport road. My wife's big Mac was just as tasty to her also.
We made an order they messed it up and then when we tried to correct it we were given attitude as if they were customers and we weren’t! Also, when asked asked for straws it was a horrible attitude and the driver thru window was slammed in our face. Very rude an unprofessional will not be coming back to this McDonald’s again

This restaurant needs to take more pride in serving coffee the way I like it. I feel like a valued customer, and yet they never seem to get it right. And why isn’t there any pumpkin cake? Come on, get it together!
The food at this McDonald's in Hartford is consistently freshly cooked whenever I visit. It is probably the only location in the area where I don't have to return to have something fixed.
The male cashier working at night has great potential for management and McDonald's would be wise to consider promoting him from the drive thru window to a role in management training.
