I don’t think this will change anything but I have to vent. The last 3 times I have ordered from your restaurant I have asked for a Large Vanilla Coke and a Small Vanilla Shake The last 3 times I have received the order you have given me a Large and a Small Vanilla Coke I don’t ask for much but please please please look at the first 1 word past Vanilla and give us the correct items in the future Everything else is great I just really really would like a shake next time Thank you and sorry to whinge but it’s very frustrating
The restaurant frequently gets our orders wrong. Every time we get home, something is off, and when we call to address the issue, they just say they hire young staff and advise us to check our orders before leaving. There's no offer to make it right, and they expect us to drive back to correct their mistakes. Additionally, they often close unexpectedly at night, which means if you pay for an Uber to pick up food, you end up wasting your money. Overall, they seem indifferent to customer concerns. Food: 1 star.
I was very excited to get a luxurious juicy burger from the infamous joint McDonald’s, my eye opened in shock, they watered indeed. I dropped my head over my burger as a tear fell down my left cheek slowly. There were 0 onions. This was a tragedy! My burger! It was RUINED. This really did strip my mind off of my juicy thick cheeseburger craving I really do not feel hungry anymore.. what a tragedy McDonalds Robina.. very disappointed indeed. Sincerely Karen McRonald
I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe from the Robina location, but when I got home, I discovered they left out the tomato and cheese from the burger. Is it really that difficult to get the order correct?
