Seldom seen such an incompetent team. This is the second time that half the order has been forgotten. Because the delivery was via UberEats and the driver can't help you, you can now have to deal with them. Everyone who enters this store should carefully check their order, especially if they are in the drive. Lots of screens and displays don't help if you can't put a burger in a paper bag. It seems that several people here have already experienced this. Strangely enough, this works at Burger King on Lichtscheid.
Well, when you go to a restaurant with the Golden M, you get what you expect. Okay, the last time I visited such an establishment, the custom was still to order at the cash register and pay with cash. Ordering on the touchscreen is fine. If only those things weren 't so sluggish! The new Philly Hacksteak burger is good. No overpowering sauces, a tasty amount of onions, and plenty of cheese. Very tasty.
By far the worst McDonald's. Often, something is forgotten in the order (burger, dip, etc. , which is annoying. The employees don't seem particularly motivated. I came to eat outside, but all the tables were dirty, except for two or three. When I found a more or less clean place, there was also a dirty table there. I went up to the employee and asked to wipe the table or give me a rag, but I was sent away rather rudely, saying that I could sit at another place.. the day was ruined. Not the first time! THANKS

Horrible store. Very poor service and customer service. Very long wait times even though the store is empty. Cold food because it's prepared and then left on the tray for 10 minutes. I doubt the team has been trained. Everything is very uncoordinated. Not recommended if you want a quick snack.
We last bought something from this store: Large fries and 6 chicken nuggets to go. Unfortunately, we noticed too late, as we were already back in the car: instead of 6, we were offered 5 chicken nuggets for the price of 6, and the fries were only the size of a medium fries.
Never experienced such an unfriendly lady at the counter. But McDonald's will never be in the Ronsdorf branch again
