This particular McDonald's is frustrating, if you come there in the morning time the lobby is clean and people seem to get their food fast with good to decent customer service. But it is another story at night time, the lobby is a mess. And the employees are very unhappy and it shows. If you go here at night please check your food. Sometimes you get all your food, sometimes you get somebody else food. I visit here at least twice a week and my fries are always soggy and limp it is very seldom that I get fresh fries.. how is this possible?? Everybody love McDonald's fries but not from this location! And you better ask for ketchup, jelly napkins or any other sauces if you don't it will not come...
one of the best mcdonald’s in north minneapolis/environs. service is fast, pleasant and always right! the good comes hot and the burgers are not lined like other places. the burger toppings are correctly placed in the bungalow and not only thrown up and messy when they open it to eat. parking space: this has two entries and of course a third exit with the car. love it has space next to the drive-thru-lane, because it is easy to leave when they decide not to order, need to move out of the way. Accessibility: an entrance, with the door to open for wheelchair / child car, but not automatically.
I do not live in the opposite, but wanted to fast for something. I am pregnant and have hunted a mcchik with a sprit because the sprite are always supercarbon. I went around 9 o'clock and the mcchicken barely on mayo, but was jam full salat, the bungalow was also stale. the sprite was quite flat, which was all exaggerated because I expected to get better quality eat. I'm crazy, I spent $3,60 there, what a waste of money. I will never go to this place again.?
I didn't even have time to receive my food before my Uber was ready to leave. I was so impatient that I couldn't even get a refund for the food that I never received. I didn't have the time to wait for the manager to assist me, and despite them knowing that I was in a rush, they ignored me or pretended not to know what to do. As a former employee of McDonald's, I found the customer service at this restaurant to be completely unacceptable.

Listen to all the bad reviews. I ordered from DoorDash at this location. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe. These literally put a piece of chicken and threw some lettuce on at the bottom of the bowl. No mayo or pickles or anything. Food was cold. Fries were stale. And even the coke was disgusting. This place needs to close their doors.
I stopped at this restaurant late at night around 11pm and the drive-thru line was long. It took 10-15 minutes to place my order. I ordered two Big Macs and a 10-piece McNugget, but my order was still messed up. I will not be going back to this restaurant again at night.
Pretty standard McDonald's. My kids happy meals were as ordered. I was disappointed that the guy who took my order seemed to not be familiar with the seasonal pumpkin spice iced latte. The one I got tested more like caramel.
Never really been a fan of this location but it's close to home. Tonight's main issue was spending over 15 minutes in the drive thru and somehow still ended up with fries that were cold and stale.
