The food is served hot and quickly, although there may be occasional mistakes, which can be expected when there is pressure to serve customers in a minute or less. Having worked at McDonald's, I understand that it is a tough job, so I don't fault them for appearing irritable or making mistakes. When I politely point out an issue, they promptly work to correct it. They are only human, so let's cut them some slack.
I visit this restaurant for a treat every few weeks since I often run errands in the area. The service is always fast and friendly. One time, my car broke down right at the pick-up window! Two girls assisted me in pushing it out of the way, and an employee came out to help. His supervisor commended him for assisting a customer, which is a rare occurrence.
