I recently had an outstanding experience at McDonald's, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by the Store Manager Brenda. Despite a mix-up with my breakfast order placed through the McDonald's app after the breakfast hours, Brenda went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Initially, I mistakenly ordered breakfast items past the designated breakfast hour. Despite this, the app processed my order and charged me accordingly. However, upon informing my Uber driver, they indicated that there was no order made. This led to some confusion and frustration on my end. There are homeless people everywhere, and every time I place an order, it seems to get messed up. It's worth noting that while the prices have increased, the portion sizes have somehow decreased. For example, I ordered four McChickens, large fries, and two double cheeseburgers, but they forgot one of the McChickens and didn't add cheese to the double cheeseburgers! They really need to hire new employees as soon as possible!
The staff at this McDonald's deserve raises immediately! My app wasn't functioning properly, but they were incredibly patient and helped me resolve the issue. My friend had to wait a bit for his food, and as an apology, they generously offered him some fries. The food was delicious, and the employees were exceptionally kind. I'll definitely keep this experience in mind!

The clerk here is an individual with a literal low, heavy brow, who has no sense of humor nor interpersonal finesse. Who needs AI when you can hire humans who are so scared to be human, they’ll act like robots for a minimal wage?
Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of kids around, and some tables even have small screen monitors for them to play on. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp located on the right side for easy access.
Restaurant is filthy and not cleaned for at least 45 minutes. Staff is rude and unhelpful. It’s McDonald’s food but just doesn’t tastes good as other McDonald’s.
