I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes after seeing the employees enjoying a smoke break in the parking lot as I pulled in. Even though the drive-thru window is open and I can hear them chatting inside, no one has responded to me. I recommend going to Wendy's instead, as it seems like these employees don't care at all.
One of the worst Macdonald’s service is slow and orders are always wrong live locally and food orders are always wrong can’t rember the last time orders were right pay extra to something added to a sandwich and never getting what ya pay for gets old the need to bring back the manger that had that place in
This place should be shut down and demolished. It's completely unacceptable, and the owners and management are unprofessional. It's clear that the McDonald's in Vienna, IL, and Anna, IL, are among the worst I’ve ever visited, and unfortunately, I live near both.
