I've been living in Westmont for a while now, and I recommend avoiding this location if possible. Instead, head to the one on Ogden, Clarendon Hills, or even the Plainfield location off 75th. Even with a mobile order that I placed 20 minutes in advance, I still found that 5-6 cars received their food before me. Additionally, on March 26, the drive-thru worker—a guy with dark hair—took a picture of our car's license plate. I'm not sure why that happened. On a positive note, I've had better experiences when the older lady with gray hair is on duty; she's always very friendly and helpful.
Canola oil is Car engine oil, if you don’t mind eating that then, it’s a great option. They have found human beings in the past at McDonald’s in the food. Don’t bother placing a mobile order and picking it up. They’ll get it wrong and you’ll have to check your bag and ask for all missing things/drinks, despite having it spelt out in your order. My order was simple and for one person with no modifications, just a dipping sauce selection. I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t check anything.
I can't say enough great things about this place! As we approached, a staff member noticed us—me juggling a baby and trying to manage my four-year-old. They were incredibly helpful right from the start!
