I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. The young man at the register was well-dressed and seemed to be trained properly. However, the rest of the evening staff, except for one person with facial tattoos, was terrible. There was a complete lack of customer service, and the food was unpleasant. The attitudes of the staff were even worse. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for a job, visit, or even associate with this location. The Kedzie location is much better.
I visited this McDonald's around 3 AM. The female employee who answered the drive-thru call informed me that they were closed. When I asked when they would reopen, she told me to check Google because it wasn't her job to provide that information. I found the customer service to be quite lacking.
Order a steak bagel extra onions sauce, but dry and salty and greasy as hell returned it. Place has went down. Manger a teenager. Wow!!!!

I no longer eat the food from McDonald's; I only purchase their coffee. However, I find it quite expensive.
Customer service was good prices were reasonable food was tasty. Not a long wait to order.
