Horrible customer service from drive through lady today at 4:28 pm. Was unable to get her name but she didn’t want to take a coupon from me even though I showed her terms she just kept rolling her eyes and saying oh well the machine doesn’t take it, without even hearing me. It wasn't the coupon itself it was the horrible attitude towards me and when I was trying to explain she simply shut the window on me and left me sitting there on drive through. Horrible horrible service
Food was all cold when i got it and they didnt make it right at all, asked for a plain burger got everything on it, fries all cold asked for a mc chicken didnt even get that at all, then when i go back for it they dont care, they act all stuck up and wont replace any food saying oh well, save money go someplace else this mcdonalds is definitely not worth it! MANAGER SUCKS
My order was $20.80 and they charge my card $24.95 and when I took it to the manager, the manager told me because it was off 1 minute from the receipt to my transaction on my bank that it was wrong that it was not that transaction and when I asked. Her for her boss's name and number. She told me she didn't have a boss.
This McDonald's has the best playplace around. Giant playplace structure with many tunnels and climbing areas and giant circular slides. The only bad thing was that they were promoting a new sauce that they gave with some Nuggets but when you asked for them they didn't give it to you why isn't there that was the only thing But it's a good place to take the
Very bad customer service, I ordered 5 items but just 4 items was delivered, I called to them told her but she hang off no word for me. This is not first time missing food… I really don’t like their delivery service.
Don't get dirty, I ordered two cheeseburgers and they gave them to me without cheese ???the pure meat alone with bread ? so I don't know why they are called cheeseburgers ????????
