As someone who works in customer service, I believe a simple "hello" or "how are you" would greatly enhance the experience, along with a courteous "thank you" to conclude the interaction. It's also important for staff to communicate in English clearly, as misunderstandings can lead to frustration on both sides. This billion-dollar company should invest in hiring qualified employees who can provide proper customer service.
Friendly and professionalism staff. I live in this area and always take my kids here. Never once have any of the staff here gets impatient or rude. Other fast food staff around here always give me attitude when I can’t hear them clearly through the intercom. Keep it up, thank you for the recruiting team, management, and especially the workers.
Refused to ring me up and was forcing me to use the self check out. I was paying cash and she said she didn't care. What has come to America with these lazy workers. McDonald's is garbage.
The McChicken is priced at $3 here. I’m not sure if they prepare them better at this location, but I’ll never find out since they only cost $1.89 at other McDonald’s. Book a table now
