Waited first off for 10 minutes till someone was ready to order through drive through. Another car pulled up outside lane and they were giving their order while we still waited for our order to be taken. So I pulled around to cashier window and she was totally confused. Seems there is no proper training these days and no one knows what customer service means.McDonalds should hire me as a consultant to visit their locations and rate what they could and need to do yo be the McDonalds I once new . Stopped in while driving through. I like the McDonald’s cheeseburger because it is consistent. You get the same blending of ketchup, pickles, onions, salt, and beef anywhere in the world. This cheeseburger was inconsistent. No ketchup, but mustard was added. Also, an egregious amount of salt and pepper were put on the patty when it was cooked such that my kids wouldn’t eat it. It was so bad I took it ba k in the restaurant. The one good thing was that management was accommodating and replaced the cheese burgers. However the new ones were still made wrong using mustard instead of ketchup.
Aberdeen McDonald's is truly amazing! I can't express how sweet and kind the staff are. They make the best Caramel Frappes I've ever had! They even remember how I like my Big Mac salads prepared. I've visited various McDonald's locations lately, but none compare to how the Aberdeen team makes their Frappes—they have the perfect texture! Whenever I ask for Big Macs without the buns at other locations, it's always disappointing.
Because they always say that their ice cream machine is broke but, in reality they just don’t wanna clean the ice cream machine so they tell people that it’s not working and that’s ridiculous it’s called

Out of toilet paper in woman's restroom, out of coffee, out of orange juice, this is 8am on a Monday. 2 separate orders, bacon egg mcgriddle and both orders were wrong. We didn't bother trying to fix it.
It was very smooth without anyone involved until the order is served. I had option to use kiosk or order online. I dined in peacefully alone and enjoyed the meal
McDonald's provided a fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were exceptional. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
They forgot to give me my happy meal! But I'll go tomorrow to let them know! I didn't feel like driving back to get it.
