My husband asked for a cup for water and the lady had a attitude I hate coming to this McDonald's attitude isn't great and the lady said she was the manager I dont know if she was. But the service from her is always bad .I like going to the Jefferson davis one because they always greet you well and talk to you nicely and have no problem giving a cup for water . Not gonna come here again so I dont recommend this McDonald's to anyone service not great they had a problem with other customers too I saw one time.Parking: Free parkingKid-friendliness: Playground for kids
Terrible service. I was charged for a large combo meal when I had ordered a medium. When I brought this up at the drive-thru, the employee argued with me and remained disrespectful even in front of the manager, Carlos. It was unprofessional and rude. I had a valid complaint, but she acted as if I was the problem. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The owner or general manager needs to take action on this. It seems like McDonald's, especially this location, hires the least qualified staff or those no one else wants.
*11/3/22 Recently went here and had an awkward with the lady at the window. She clearly didn't understand English by the disgust and confused face she was making when I asked her a question multiple times. She just handed my drink, which was wrong, and proceed to hand me straws when I asked her for the right one. If you're going to have someone work the window then make sure they speak English or have an understanding of it. It's just plain rude of her to give me the look she gave like I was in the wrong.
I had a great experience at the McDonald's located at 14362 Gideon in Woodbridge! The drive-thru service was incredibly quick—under five minutes! My Big Mac was fresh, and the fries were hot and delicious. The staff was excellent, especially an employee named Ann, who was very friendly and genuinely said, "Thank you so much!" She also wished me a "wonderful day, sir" in a respectful manner. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've ever had.

The Classic Big Mac Pack is a fantastic value! The Big Macs were tasty, and the chicken nuggets were equally delightful. We requested our fries without salt to ensure they would be fresh, but unfortunately, they arrived cold. I do want to emphasize that the Big Macs and nuggets were served hot.
During their recent interior upgrade, they removed all the power outlets, which makes it impossible to bring a laptop or any electronic devices. That's disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons I chose to eat there and work on my computer. Next time, I think I'll look for another place.
Food was how mcdonald's should taste. However had to wait 10 min at window 2 for a quarter pounder while cars behind me were served quickly. And my food did not come out hot off the grill!
For the fourth time in a row, my order of 10 Chicken McNuggets was overlooked. It seems they are having difficulty processing orders correctly.

Received my order quickly and it was delicious and the restaurant was clean. My grandson enjoyed the play place, too.
