I had a very bad experience with Audrey the assistant manager in the back I ordered a crispy poutine without buffalo and with habanero instead the cashier charges me the sauce no problem so far pi when I look at my order They didn't add the sauce which I very kindly asked the girl at the counter if they can add it because I paid for it perfect and the assistant manager Audrey said to the girl “well you just have to pay” and she shows him the invoice then she says that I paid and Audrey says “well good for her” I find it very poor on the part of an assistant manager, if I would have been rude or disrespectful okay but This is anything but the case.
