I've come to this location probably 15 times in the last year, so the 17 minute wait in line at the drive through at 10pm with 3 cars in front of me was expected. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger and medium fries. The burger was cold, they put ketchup on it, it had no cheese, and one of the patties was ripped in half. The fries tasted strange and made my mouth itchy, which is alarming.They are understaffed and the employees are overworked, so I don't want to put the awful experience on them. This place is a joke. I asked for unsweetened ta. They gave me the wrong drink took it back. And they made me pull around and wait for 5 mins only to get another sweet. I’m so done with this place. I used to be a daily customer. There job is to serve what you order. And obviously they can’t handle a simple order. Glad I don’t order food. What a waste of time and money.
Shoutout the very kind lady working the drive thru by herself at 4am on 3/11/24. She needs a raise and obviously isn’t being held to value at this McDonalds.
They got my order right! I didn't have to go back like I have at other McDonald's.
