I sent a coworker to the restaurant to have the order corrected because the food had already gone cold and the fries were soggy. Instead of accommodating the request, they declined to make the changes and insisted that I place a new order and request a refund, which was not what I wanted. I found the manager and the staff member who answered to be rude and unhelpful. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with HR!
I ordered chicken nuggets for takeout and received them right away. However, when I got home and tasted them, I could tell they had been pre-cooked a while ago and kept warm. The flavor wasn’t great, and the shape was a bit unusual. I’ve had chicken nuggets from the one in Broadway Manhattan, where they fry them fresh after you place your order. Those were delicious and had the classic square shape.
Fast food restaurants tend to be maligned by reviewers simply because they’re not as good as actual restaurants, but I’ll give this one the credit it deserves.Although a) it does tend to be crowded and b) this location does not have a drive thru that one is near ridge hill.Parking: It’s the same parking lot as the Barnes Noble
A traditional, but small McDonald's. Well located with plenty of parking spaces right beside it. Seating is limited inside this branch, a drawback for larger groups. Book a table now
The building itself is nice and the food is what you expect from mcdonalds, but for some reason, every time I order food here, it takes forever!
It seems like they've changed their staff. The team currently there is very friendly, and it's a great place to enjoy a meal in peace.
