The worse location I have ever been too. Customer services is -5. Ana has the less care for customers concerns. She ignores customers that are politely trying to get her attention. Customers order numbers are dropping off the order board and no one is updating customers that they need a few more minutes to complete the order.Customers informing staff that a drink is in the floor they just nod their heads and continue on, I guess it’s not important until someone gets hurt.Do better…
12/28/2023 went to this McDonald’s right after rehearsal with the “Praise and Worship” team. I normally do not eat dinner or snacks after seven thirty pm. This time I was way too hungry. I ordered a fish sandwich with lettuce and Tomatoe. When I got to the window to pay, my order was a fillet fish meal large. Go figure. “Wrong order”???
This was a terrible experience. I went through drive thru, there was only 1 car in front of me yet the service was very slow. When I was picking up my food I saw one of the associates fill a customer's drink picked it up at the top and his finger was in their drink, how disgusting. Won't go back to that McDonald's.
They gave me a bad sandwhich and made me wait and acted like I was crazy when I returned it at 11:30 the manager service was horrible and she overcharged me I will never go to this location again I have a YouTube channel with Over a millions of views and impressions and I will be doing a video on Book a table now

Every time I go to this McDonald's it's always someone standing by the drive thru begging for money as you approach the window. The service is horrible. the Frappuccino and milkshake machines never work .
Will the morning Manger greets everyone and talks to all very efficient when it comes to your orders.
