I ordered my food and I saw and heard a employee yelling at another Muslim employee.she was yelling at her telling that she does not care about what she is doing and wanted her to do what she told her to do. She was treating here badly and this employee didn’t react or said nothing and here face was red.she looked like she was crying or very sad.also I only bought fries and chicken nuggets and it to half an hour just to get all of that.at the time she was yelling at this employee she was holding her cellphone and speaking and smiling with her friend. I waited almost 30 minutes only for fries and 6 chicken nuggets.very bad service
Early morning shift black female employee, (she and everyone knows who she is) has such a bad attitude and makes herself and the store very unpleasant. Absolutely no reason to act up but obviously unhappy. I recommend all Dashers reconsider taking orders from this location. Food is always late and even they allow food orders to go missing claiming other Dashers came and got the order. They don’t have a good system flow.
I visited this restaurant today and waited 10 minutes for a 10-piece McNugget and a large fry. When I requested a refund, the arrogant staff member claimed I hadn’t actually been waiting that long, which was simply untrue. After finally receiving my order, I noticed that the same worker started discussing me with a colleague. It was really frustrating. What a disappointment!
Horrible experience... The staff had really poor attitudes and the service was incredibly slow—seriously slow. I definitely do not recommend coming here for a meal. They used to be known for their quick service, but that’s no longer the case. If you decide to go, be prepared to bring a book to read, as you'll be waiting in line for quite a while.

I came to the store @4:30 in the drive through. The employee said her name was Shamesha and that the store was closed. I said ok and got out of the of the line and she took the next customer behind me. Very rude and dishonest. I would’ve went back in line to ask her why she lied but I didn’t want them fixing my food afterwards.
Looked like they saved the Mc chicken were saved and reheated lettuce was soggy,fries too big Mac buns a little hard but I was hungry so I didn't feed it to my dogs but every thing else I tried and even my dog wouldn't eat the fries and he loves McDonald's
I was unable to get change for my cash payment, and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I wasn't willing to give them a credit card when I had cash available. This was definitely one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had across all 48 states.
I came in the McDonald's and I was trying to use some hamburger coupons and the manager said that I couldn't use my coupons because that I looked like the same person that just now used some coupons they didn't respect me and my mom.
