This restaurant is a joke. I went there and placed a simple order of french fries and a drink. I waited outside in the curbside pickup area for 20 minutes and nobody ever came out to give me my order so I left. When I contacted the McDonald's company through their online form to request a refund for a payment that never should have been processed, they put me in touch with the store manager, Dossy Malone, who did absolutely nothing to help me. Dossy claimed that I needed to come into the store and speak with her if I wanted my money back as if I have nothing better to do with my time. When I replied directly to Dossy, she apparently chose to ignore me since I never heard back from her. There...
I want to warn people about this restaurant. My son was charged for two different orders, with the second one being more expensive than the original. The manager, Dossy Malone, was not friendly and even laughed at us when we brought up the issue. She said it was still pending and mentioned that someone had complained on the phone before we did. The customer service at this place is terrible, and I will only return if the charge for the second meal is sorted out. It's not about the money, but the way I was treated by the manager. Dossy, if that's even your real name, needs to improve her attitude towards customers.
This McDonald's location has room for improvement. They offer a drive-thru window, plenty of parking, restrooms, and the standard McDonald's menu. However, the service from the staff can be inconsistent, missing items in orders is not uncommon, and condiments are not always given with a friendly attitude. A simple fix would be for the staff to greet customers politely. The restaurant has a moderate level of noise. The food is standard McDonald's fare. Despite the flaws, I will probably give this location another try and hope to see improvements that would make it deserving of a great review.
I placed an online order at this restaurant and unfortunately, they got it completely wrong. I specifically requested no mustard due to my allergy, as well as no pickles or onions, just cheese and bacon. However, they gave me everything I asked not to include. On top of that, my burger was cold and raw, still frozen in the middle. I called to make a complaint, but they dismissed it and insisted I had to pay for a new one. The burger I received looked extremely unappetizing.

Good experience here, got something to eat. The ordering process was fast, friendly and the food was warm to the bite. It's funny to me when people really put down fast food restaurants, but we need to keep in mind that fast food places are to get food quickly and cheaply. The people working here are not paid big salaries, so our expectations need to be measured. This was an experience similar to other McDonald's I have been to.
OMFG!!!! I went into the bathroom to take a little poop, and guess what I find. I big Doo doo on the floor next to the toilet. It was a very gruesome poop and I myself was dumbfounded and threw up on the poop. I hope the employees will have fun cleaning my vomit up. And the service was VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY flippin' bad. I love you guys, stay safe out there for a poop with vomit on it.
Oh jeez this food was freakin delicious. My friends picked some up for me cuz I have COVID and, I swear it cured my COVID. Someone put this stuff in a vaccine cuz after this food I'm healthy as a horse! Great service too
Only ever picked up a couple of items since I live close by, hamburger is okay, a bit small. Fries is great! Never had any issues with service, though the location is a bit awkward to get in and out of .
