I WORK AT HAMLIN MCDONALDS ON HAMLIN HWY AND LIVE RIGHT BEHIND THIS ONE ….EVERYTIME I COME HERE AND ORER YOU EITHER SERVE MY ORDER OFF THE SCREEN BEFORE MAKING IT OR YOU ALWAYS FORGET STUFF …I think it’s because your drive thru gets too crowded and you guys up front get overwhelmed and start serving orders off without realizing but come one it’s been everytime I come to old forge McDonalds …I’d rather go all the way to Southside McDonald’s then go to the McDonald’s I literally live right behind…seriously I live on west Grace st my backyard is RAYS…And I call and the manager Sean gonna act like he cares and tell them to give them his name next time I order no I don’t want that I want ya to fi...
Horrible McDonald’s, just can’t seem to get things right. Multiple times have been directed to pull into the waiting spot for drive through. Then you are forgotten about and have to walk into the establishment, ask around for your order that was from the drive through. Look stupid, and then get handed your cold food that’s been waiting, with skimpy fries that fill the container half way. Other locations are much better.
Hello McDonald’s corporation. I will be reviewing my HORRIBLE experience at this AWDUL establishment. First things first, one of the employees’ hygiene isn’t the best…. He looks like he does not shower too often which unfortunately, turned me off at this fine restaurant. Second of all, this big, rotund, blond kid SPAT AND PISSED in MY food. Which I did NOT appreciate Sincerely- a VERY agitated McDonald’s customer
Stay far away from this McDonald’s, never get anything right and even when you go to use the app for savings, they still ring it up wrong, when you call them out on it, they get flustered and you pretty much just have to eat the cost at that point because it’s not worth the time trying to talk to managers. Go to BK down the road, they’re spot on

Went through drive through 2/22/2024 4:30 pm. Drive thru busy which I understand, but I paid for large French fry that was only 1/2 full.
This is the worst McDonald's in the country. Worst food can't get any orders, right? Don't bother coming here..
Great service. Fast and accurate. Food is always good (for McDonald's).
Nice attendants and cashiers; we were joking around the whole time!
