Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but wanted to say this particular one in Pacifica has the nicest and friendliest people working there. We ate there five days in a row due to convenience. Each time, we used drive thru. It was busy, but everyone smiled and greeted us kindly, which is rare these days after the pandemic.
Great fast food spot. The staff were kind, friendly, and delivered efficient service. When I requested a tea refill, they brought me a fresh new container of iced tea instead of just topping off the empty one. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom, and it wasn’t crowded. They also offer curbside pickup.
The restaurant offers wifi and outlets, and the space was very clean. However, it was extremely cold inside! Since I only had a coffee, it wasn’t a big deal, but I can imagine that eating a meal there would get uncomfortable quickly due to the temperature.

The customer service was really disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly and not very happy. While some of the food was decent, certain dishes were completely unsatisfactory.
I really enjoyed this McDonald's location because it was calm, peaceful, and operated very efficiently. Of course, the food was as delicious as always!
Waiting at 6 AM for an iced coffee is simply ridiculous. It's frustrating to have to pull over and wait just to get it.
For some reason this McDonald's is more expensive than the neighboring ones. Still decent though.
