Ordered a cheeseburger instead of hamburger by mistake. Polietly asked at the counter for an exchange but the girl serving said its not possible even though the food was clearly untouched. I said i would then like my money back. She said that wasnt possible. Then the manager came and very rudly took back the food and declared that money would not be returned nore the food. Ich war um 21 Uhr da, Öffnung bis 22 Uhr, um 21:20 wurden die Stühle auf die Tische geräumt und aus der Küche brüllte mich laut Arabische Musik an, einige leute verliessen das Lokal unverrichteter Dinge wieder.
