The African American woman working on Sunday nights has a troubling attitude. When I thanked her for my order and asked for barbecue sauce, she gave me two packets, but one fell from my hand. She then abruptly closed the drive-thru window on me and walked away. I've encountered her dismissive behavior before, including making passive-aggressive comments after mixing up my order with someone else's, which I had previously thought might be due to a bad day.
