April 7. 2:30am. Went with a code. First time giving the code, lady said she didn 't hear it. Second time giving the code, she said nothing came up so the third time, I said what the order was for. Lady said ok and then went silent. After wating for her to say something, I said Do you want to know our drink orders? . This prompted the night manager to come on and say Are you gonna effing order? . To this, I said We have tried 3 times to order . The manager continued to give attitude so I drove up to the window. Manager came to the window so I said You can not talk to me like that and she said You weren 't ordering. And continued to yell at us. So I asked her for her name and she says Night m...
Very rude. Very Bad experience! Ordered and paid on their self service then I got a printer error message.ask for help at the counter just for me to know if my order/payment went through.but the lady (I think who is their supervisor that day-may 27 @1:45pm the lady with a blonde hair did not help me and answered me in a rude way.said to just wait,if my order pop up on their screen it means it went through.the thing is I did not even know my ORDER NUMBER! it did not gave me the number thats why im asking if it went through. Just guessed my number,checked if its the food i ordered. Talked to her,but still she is rude on how she talked to me. As if she really doesnt want to talk or help still.
This location is always a hit or miss. Night staff seems to hate there jobs.. whoever was at the speaker/window tonight at 12:40-12:43 should really turn off their head set before they made rude remarks.. 3 times we told you what we wanted and you we’re not being attentive, then proceed to say “oh my” but we cut you off before you could finish with your rude comment. Was looking to get a few meals but decided to go else ware. As a person who works in fast food customer service I understand it’s not always easy but I am very very disappointed.. many bad encounters the last few weeks but this makes it so I won’t return to this location. I’m sorry you were having such a bad evening.
I used the drive-thru and ordered the McChicken McMuffin meal. However, my meal seemed to have been reheated as everything was barely warm. The McChicken sandwich only had a piece of chicken, cheese, and a muffin - no sauce or butter, just a dry bun. This was not my usual experience with this meal. The regular lady who manages the drive-thru was not there and the kitchen staff was different. I was very disappointed with my meal this morning and if this continues, I will be looking for a new place for my morning meals. Book a table now
The staff at this restaurant location surpass expectations. As a regular customer (senior), I visit daily for my coffee fix. Tammy, who works the night shift, stands out for her exceptional service. 20220204, I have a double-sized mac again. who is in the night shift at this place? it seems that 2025 of my orders were made wrong during the night shift in the last 6 months. also disable app order when closing the restaurant outside regular hours! it is a frustrating process to refund mcdonalds when this happens.
This morning I got a coffee may 29 and went to take a drink and it was cold! So frustrated wrecks your day first thing! And no time to go back! Then I try to call them to tell them for more customers are not upset and goes to the client is not available ughhhhhhh!
