Wish I could give less than one star. They NEVER get the orders right! I just ordered breakfast from drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me, and they shorted me 5 of the 6 hashbrowns I paid for. When I called to see what happened I was met with the rudestperson imaginable. Check your orders folks, because they simply don't give a s**t at our Mclean McDonald's..
This is not a great McDonald?s. I tried to make small talk with the first person at the window and got the side eye and some choice words. When my McFlurry barely had any Oreo in it and I asked for another scoop of Oreo stuff, the lady refused whiletelling me their very exacting standards. So I guess no Oreo for me.
The nuggets were terrible and extremely soggy when we received our order. The highlight was definitely the cookie tote, although it was only mediocre. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich never arrived, leaving us very disappointed with the service. We will not be ordering delivery from McDonald's again.
I stopped by today (9/19/2022). The service was atrocious. The Men's bathroom had excrement on the floor and walls. No one was available for clean up. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location at all costs. Management is lost and unable to runthis establishment. Book a table now
Good restaurant with a quick moving line. Heavy traffic comes in from both sides, but there are two drive through lines and the staff moves quickly. Have had enough messed up orders to drop a star, but generally, a good location.
The quarter pounder was messy and the bun was torn, making it very difficult to eat. The fries were also old and when asked for extra salt, they were not salted.
The double cheeseburgers , fries were delicious. I am saving the apple fritter for later, but it looks fresh. Thanks for delivering the order quickly.
I've been here 5 times in the past month and the line always moves fast and the food is hot and quick. Nice looking place too Book a table now
