I did it for a meal. watch at least 5 minutes there to see only 4 workers who pick up a pickup order. when the girl finally came by to take my order. I said I have to take a number or something? she didn't get it. does it take 4 people to pack a job? while I'm standing there, someone would have said that I'm with you. I should have said that okinstead i stood would look there like what's going on. such bad service
Food Hot Fresh. My iced coffee had a hole in the cup leaked out in my cup holder on the way home. I came back the next week told the manager what happened, though I had called reported it but didn't have my receipt. It was no issue with her reisuing me a new one, along with my current order. That's customer service.
The restaurant is very clean and has excellent hospitality. The food is brought to your table and all of the employees are polite and bilingual, which I appreciate. I don't like when some places don't speak Spanish, but that is not an issue at this place.
