I ordered through the app and my payment was processed successfully. However, I did not receive a pick-up number. When I showed my email receipt and bank record to the staff, they refused to give me my food because it was not showing up on their order screen. Despite showing proof of payment, the manager initially argued and said they couldn't give me my order. After a heated argument, they finally relented and gave me my food, telling me to "enjoy the free food." I had a terrible experience and will not be returning to this place.
Overall, the restaurant is great with usually fresh food. However, my only complaint is that the kiosk sometimes has food items that are not available. I have attempted to order the new iced tea lemonade multiple times, but each time I receive an empty cup. I wouldn't mind preparing it myself, but there is no lemonade provided and I paid extra for it. When I brought this issue to the cashier's attention last time, she informed me that they do not offer that service at this location, despite it being available for purchase.
Never fails. Everything I go to this McDonald's, I always have an issue. This time was no different. You can forget about customer service, but they don't care about making it right. They know someone else will still order fries so they could care less about fixing a problem. I will NEVER EVER use this location again. And yes, the manager was the person arguing with me, so that says it all right there.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to the friendly and helpful person who took my order. She was one of the nicest food service workers I have ever encountered, and made my visit very enjoyable. Despite how busy it was, I received my food promptly. However, I was disappointed by the high cost of the small fish sandwiches.

We waited in line at the restaurant with no service while other people were being seated. We decided to leave because my son never received his drink. An employee ignored us, bypassed us, and went back into the kitchen where all the staff were gathered.
The Boss Christian is one of the laziest and rudest people I have ever encountered at any McDonald 's. If you encounter an old man that can hardly speak English at this location leave immediately.
