I rarely write reviews on average service, but this morning's experience was by far the worst I have ever had. The blonde working at the drive-thru was incredibly rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her, despite being the only customer at 5:30am. When I asked for a diet coke, she curtly replied that they did not have it, which was surprising to me. When I requested salsa packs with my food, her response was once again impolite, asking if there was anything else I wanted to add to my order in a rude manner. My advice to this young lady is to smile more and speak in a more friendly tone, or perhaps consider a different job if dealing with the public is not her forte.
this place has turned into a müll since the takeover of the new management. more than 3 times I have now waited for over 30 minutes for picking up the ship. I don't even order a lot to eat at one, maybe two things. I called the load who asks for my order only to be suspended, and I also had to go to the window and ask why it takes so long, only for the actual manager, trying to give me an employment, to convince me that the pickup in the lobby is? like no, so there is a pickup place on their parking space! No one pays attention to the mobile again and I will not come here again. I drive a bit further to get qualitatiw high quality food, timely and friendly service.
Every single time I go there they manage to screw up my order. I was there tonight. Ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon no ketchup no pickles I'm allergic to pickles) I got my order with no bacon and with pickles. Brought it in and they laughed about it. Slapped two half strips of bacon on it and gave it back. It's a joke with the people there. Save your time and find another place that has a little care about the food they put out. The pickles Had I not caught it would have put me in the hospital for at least a few days.
Terrible service and attitude. They heavily promote the app but they don't know how to properly process an app promo. was speaking with manager about this but she disappeared for 2 minutes before coming back to re-do the order. Very poor attitude. And for the record i DID STATE I WAS USING A REWARD FOR A QUARTER POUNDER, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN YOUR CUE TO ADD IT TO THE ORDER. DUH!!

I placed an order on the McDonald's mobile app at 12:05 AM. The restaurant was advertised as being open 24 hours on Google, and the app allowed me to place the order. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed and the employee refused to serve me at the window. I spent $40 on the order and was unable to get a refund. I'm questioning the legality of this situation.
I used to enjoy going to McDonald's, but I'm sorry to say that I won't be going back anymore. For the price we pay these days, I would expect better quality. It seems like the employees are just there to do their job without any enthusiasm.
I was charged for six coffees and the service was awful, which was hard to believe since there were fewer than three cars in the restaurant.
The restaurant is exceptionally clean and the staff at the cashier are always prompt and ready to take orders.
